These Terms of Service govern your use of myrestro.app. By using myrestro, you agree to these terms.

2. Who Can Use myrestro

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must own or manage the restaurant you register
• You must have a valid WhatsApp Business account
• You must be located in India

3. What myrestro Provides

• Digital billing management for restaurants
• Staff management with role-based access
• Customer WhatsApp messaging via Meta Cloud API
• Referral and loyalty rewards system
• Revenue and customer analytics dashboard

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must obtain customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages through myrestro
• You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy
• You must not use the platform to send spam
• You must keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for your staff's actions on the platform

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. WhatsApp Messaging Policy

• Messages must be transactional or with opt-in consent
• Promotional messages must follow Meta's guidelines
• myrestro is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by Meta or WhatsApp
• Accounts found sending spam will be suspended

7. Intellectual Property

• myrestro and its content are owned by myrestro
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform
• Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership

8. Limitation of Liability

• myrestro is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for loss of business or revenue
• Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for WhatsApp delivery failures

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request earlier deletion
